- Listing studio details (“Studio Information”)

- Submitting requirements for artists (“Requirements”)

- Artists/users applying to raised requests (“Applications”)

- Display of submitted artist/studio profiles for discoverability

- Analytics tracking of site usage and user movement (non-personalized)
- No user registration or login is required.

3. User Obligations

By submitting a listing or inquiry:

- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content or images.

- You confirm you have rights to any information and images you submit.

- You agree not to infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.

- You acknowledge your submissions may be displayed publicly on the Site (except private inquiry data).

4. Content and Intellectual Property

- All text, images, and content displayed on The Art Grid are either owned by us or licensed by you for display when submitted.

- You grant The Art Grid a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, publish, and use any information and images uploaded by you for the purposes of the platform.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit The Art Grid’s content (other than your own) without our permission.
